ELYRIA, Ohio – The New York Stock Exchange has delisted Invacare. The NYSE filed a Form 25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 16 to delist the company’s common shares, with the change taking effect 10 days later. The delisting will be in effect for 90 days or such shorter period as the SEC may determine. Trading of Invacare’s common stock now occurs on the OTC Pink Market under the symbol IVCRQ. Invacare receives notice of noncompliance
